Job Description:

Compensation: US$15.00 per hour.

Schedule: 20 to 30 hours/week (Monday to Friday) within US Central Standard Time (CST).

Main Tasks: Conduct a high volume of follow-up calls (10 to 15 per hour) regarding medical equipment and contract renewals.

Requirements:

English fluency: Required (C1/C2 level).

Technical Setup: Wired internet access (Ethernet cable) is required.

Skills: Proactive problem-solving skills, empathy, and familiarity with digital health software.
